This policy explains how Magic Ring Services W.L.L. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain (Law No. 30 of 2018, "PDPL").
What data we collect
When you contact us or book a service, we may collect:
- Your name and contact details (phone number, email address)
- Your area and property details needed to provide the service
- Details of the service you requested and any instructions you give us
The quote form opens WhatsApp — the details you enter are sent directly to WhatsApp and are not stored on this website.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website (for example, which pages are viewed and how people navigate) so we can improve it. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and interactions. This data is processed by Google and Microsoft under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- To schedule and deliver the services you book
- To contact you about your booking, including changes or follow-ups

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
We keep customer details only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights under the PDPL
